Nature Therapy, also known as Forest Bathing or Nature Bathing, invites you to slow down and reconnect with the living world through your senses.


Guided by Theresa, a certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, this mindful experience supports stress relief, somatic awareness, and a deepening bond with the natural world.

Through nature-based practices like Forest Bathing, the sympathetic (fight or flight) response is lowered, while the parasympathetic (rest and digest) response is enhanced. This regulation leads to reduced stress and a greater sense of balance.
