This Mindful Outdoor Experience invites participants to walk gently between years, guided by the rhythm of breath, gratitude, and the steady pulse of the natural world.

    A Mindful Outdoor Experience designed to welcome spring with intention. Through gentle yoga, a reflective sit spot, and a sensory walk through the woods, you’ll have space to saunter through the forest, connect with the land, and explore your own inner terrain.
