Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What are the event conditions?

Answer:
Our events are held rain or shine—and even in the snow, provided the roads remain safe. Please plan for variable weather conditions, but rest assured that events will continue unless conditions create a genuine safety concern.

2. What should I wear?

Answer:

  • Weather-Appropriate Clothing: Dress in layers so you can adjust to changing conditions throughout the day.

  • Footwear: Wear comfortable walking shoes or boots, especially if the event involves exploring wooded areas.

  • Additional Considerations: Consider hats, gloves, or scarves if it’s particularly chilly, and breathable fabrics if it’s warm.

3. What should I bring to retreats and MOE sessions?

Answer:
Bring items that help you connect with nature and maintain comfort outdoors. Suggested items include:

  • A blanket or portable mat to sit directly on the earth.

  • Sunscreen for sun protection.

  • Bug spray to ward off insects.

  • Sunglasses for eye protection.

  • An umbrella (or rain jacket) if rain is forecast.

  • Optional extras such as a reusable water bottle, a hat, or extra layers for added comfort.

4. What should I bring for massage events?

Answer:
For massage-focused gatherings, please pack your personal supplies to ensure comfort and hygiene:

  • Massage Supplies:

    • Clean sheets and a personal blanket.
