Where Fascia and Nature Meet — Connection, Resilience, Release

Every course at Integrated Natural Health begins with the same intention: to help you meet the body as a living relationship — responsive, intelligent, and always communicating.

Theresa Tobin Macy has spent more than two decades at the table, and has studied directly with the researchers shaping our understanding of fascia — including Robert Schleip, Gil Hedley, John Barnes, and Antonio Stecco, with additional training through the Fascia Research Congress where she studied presentations by Carla Stecco, surgeon Jean-Claude Guimberteau, and others at the forefront of fascia science. These courses are the distillation of that clinical experience — built on fascia science, somatic awareness, and the kind of hands-on learning that changes how you work and how you feel at the end of a long day.

All 17 courses are approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Programs range from focused 4-hour workshops to a 100-hour immersion. Every offering is taught in a small group environment — intentionally sized for individualized guidance, meaningful conversation, and deep hands-on practice.

Whether you are refining technique, fulfilling your CE requirement, or stepping into a more sustainable way of practicing — you are in the right place.

Each course offers more than credits — it’s a chance to deepen your practice. My courses blend fascia science with lived embodiment, weaving in movement, mindfulness, technique, and nature connection. With intimate class sizes (2–12 participants), you receive personal guidance, hands-on practice, and tools you can bring directly into your client work and your practice building.

Embodied Awareness — Each course begins with your own felt experience of fascia, so you learn not only with your mind but through your body.

Small-Group Learning — With class sizes of 2–12, you receive individualized mentorship and space for questions, reflection, and practice.

Fascia Science Meets Nature — My teaching bridges cutting-edge fascia research with the timeless intelligence of movement and the natural world

Theresa is the rare teacher that is a master communicator, incredibly competent and kind and respectful to each person in her class. I left with a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of the body that easily transitioned into my practice.
